Information, not advice

ClaraCover provides general information about laboratory test prices and Medicare coverage rules. It is not medical, billing, legal, or insurance advice, and it is not a coverage determination. Coverage decisions are made by Medicare when a claim is processed. Talk to your doctor about what tests you need.

Accuracy and dates

Every page shows the date its information was last verified and cites its sources (Medicare fee schedules and coverage policies, and lab consumer prices). Prices and policies change; always confirm current amounts with the lab or Medicare before making decisions.
